Nothing. There is no charge for the walkthrough, the assessment, or the written memo you receive. We do not bill for site visits and there is no obligation to use us for any work.
How long does it take?

Most walkthroughs take 30 to 60 minutes depending on property size and the conditions present. We work around your operations and avoid disrupting tenants or dock activity.
What do you actually look at during the walkthrough?

What do I get afterward?
