How long does it take?

Most walkthroughs take 30 to 60 minutes depending on property size and the conditions present. We work around your operations and avoid disrupting tenants or dock activity.

What do you actually look at during the walkthrough?

What do I get afterward?

Will I be pressured to sign for work?
