Who We Are

Family-Run. Over 30 Years in the Field.

Cannella Construction has provided industrial and commercial repair work in Chicagoland since 1995. We're based in Union, IL, and work across the O'Hare corridor and the wider Chicagoland industrial and commercial core, including Bolingbrook, Deerfield, Aurora, Schaumburg, and Elgin, as well as other corridors with industrial and commercial business parks. We are specialists in industrial and commercial property repair, and we work within your budget and capital buildout plans.

We self-perform the trades we specialize in and bring in vetted specialty subcontractors when the scope calls for it. All field employees are OSHA certified and retrained annually. We're fully insured and bonded, with general liability and workers' compensation on every project. Every job, routine or emergency, is backed by a written warranty. Most contractors show up to fix what is already broken. We walk the full property first and document what we find, including items that are not yet a problem but will be. You receive a written assessment with prioritized findings, risk levels, and recommended scope. No cost, no obligation. It helps you plan capital work and manage insurance exposure.
